Consent to Contact (TCPA)
Your consent to be contacted
When you submit a quote request, contact form or any other form on this website, and you check the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and its implementing regulations for QuoteAmerica and its marketing partners — including licensed insurance agents, insurance carriers, lenders, mortgage brokers, home improvement contractors, debt relief providers and their respective affiliates and service providers — to contact you.
How you may be contacted
You agree that you may be contacted at the telephone number and email address you provided, including a wireless or mobile number, by means of:
- Telephone calls placed manually or using an automatic telephone dialing system (autodialer);
- Calls delivering a prerecorded, artificial or AI-generated voice message;
- SMS or MMS text messages, including messages sent by an automated system;
- Email; and
- Postal mail.
You agree to receive such communications regarding the products or services you requested, as well as related products and services that may be of interest to you.
Do Not Call lists
You agree that you may be contacted as described above even if your telephone number appears on a federal, state, or corporate Do Not Call registry or list, because your consent creates an established relationship that permits such contact.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
Message frequency and charges
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Neither QuoteAmerica nor its partners are responsible for charges assessed by your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to revoke consent
You may revoke your consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Specifically, you may:
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages from that sender;
- Follow the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or use our unsubscribe form;
- Tell any caller that you wish to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list;
- Email privacy@quoteamerica.org or write to QuoteAmerica (mailing address available on request — email support@quoteamerica.org).
Revoking consent given to QuoteAmerica does not automatically revoke consent as to a third-party partner with whom you have separately engaged. You may need to contact that party directly. Please allow a reasonable period for your request to be processed across all systems.
Reply HELP to any text message for assistance.
Records
